Welcome to Photongift! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and services. By accessing or placing an order on www.photongift.in, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. Use of the Website

2. Orders and Personalization

All products sold on Photongift are custom-made based on the information you provide. It is your responsibility to ensure that the images, names, and text you upload are accurate, legally owned by you, and free of any offensive or copyrighted material. Photongift is not liable for errors caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.

Once an order is placed, it enters production within a few hours. Therefore, changes or cancellations can only be made within 6 hours of order placement.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments must be made in full before the order is processed. We accept payments via secure third-party gateways such as UPI, debit/credit cards, wallets, and net banking.

Photongift reserves the right to change pricing or discontinue products at any time without prior notice.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We aim to deliver your products within the estimated timeframe. However, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances or courier issues. While we strive for timely delivery, Photongift is not responsible for delays once the package has been handed over to the shipping partner.

Please provide a correct and complete shipping address to avoid delivery issues.

5. Return and Refund

Due to the personalized nature of our products, returns are not accepted unless the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect. In such cases, you must report the issue within 48 hours of receiving the product. Please refer to our Return and Refund Policy for more details.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Photongift website, including text, images, logos, and graphics, is the property of Photongift or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, or reuse any content without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Photongift is not liable for any direct or indirect damages, including loss of data or profits, arising from the use of our website or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the product in question.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website after changes indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.
